Dr. Nora Taha is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and in Musculoskeletal diagnostic ultrasound. She specializes in musculoskeletal disorders and interventional pain management. Her background in physical medicine and rehabilitation allows her to diagnose various acute and chronic conditions that contribute to pain. During her fellowship, she gained proficiency in fluoroscopic and ultrasound guided procedures which aim to reduce pain and restore maximal function and quality of life. With the combination of these two disciplines, she is able to develop a specific treatment plan tailored to the needs of her patients.
Dr. Taha was born and raised in New Jersey. She graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree and obtained her medical degree at St. Matthew’s University in the Cayman Islands. She trained at The University of Illinois during her internship in Internal Medicine and at SUNY Downstate Medical Center during her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Following residency, she completed a fellowship in Musculoskeletal and Interventional Pain Management at Rutgers University/University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
In her free time, Dr. Taha enjoys cooking, bike riding, and playing volleyball. She is an avid traveler and a proud native of New Jersey.
